The Origin of ArtGAN Worship

It's November 2024, 10 months after God activated me. I was listening to my music library in order from newly added tracks to oldest. And for the last couple of weeks, I was in my rap/hip-hop bag.

My default mode when listening to music is to listen to the vocals as an instrument and pay little attention to the lyrical content. However, that day my mind was tuned into the words that were being said:

  • Shorty lips be rollin' on the wood, **** she rode it good.
  • I'm rich as ****, I can do what I wanna.
  • You been plottin', ***** wasn't you? I should have been watching from the jump with you.
  • With a baddie I hit up for Addy, I blew out her back, she like "Take me to Saaks, okay".

...I think you get the picture here.

The craziest part? In between those songs were gospel bangers such as: Jireh, 10,000 Reasons, Rain, etc. In one breath I would praise and worship God, but in the next I would fill my soul with vulgarity.

Once I was mindful of those lyrics I thought to myself: "Yeeeeaaaah, I probably shouldn't listen to this music anymore".

So I did just that, I put down music...all of it. The good. The bad. The ugly.

Although I was in my hip-hop bag, electronic music is the overwhelming genre of my library and after a long stretch of silence I figured there MUST be Christian House Music. So, I did a search...

Empty-ish.

Great, I'm out of luck.

"Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. If Christian House Music doesn't exist, I can just use AI to create my own."

And from that...

ArtGAN Worship was born.
